Onsite Support:
To provide the maximum efficiency of our products, we depute our team of engineers along with necessary equipment such as special pumps, nozzles, fittings etc.  Our site supervisor ensures the proper installation of these equipment before product application. This ensures the results desired after application of the suggested products. We have our trained team of engineers, which takes care of instrumentation, equipments, proper storage and application of products at site. Our engineers start up the application with all necessary equipments, and then train the executives from the customer side to use the system efficiently and effectively.

We have our marketing & technical services offices in various countries, so that any after sales service required can be provided to the customers at the shortest possible notice.  

In case any customer requires, we can supply complete package of dosage system, instrumentation, application hardware, and storage system to them and can depute round the clock technical services personnel, so that complete scope of supply, application and storage is with NAQ GLOBAL and customer have just to re order the product quantities, as and when required.

R&D Lab Facilities

In an industry as dynamic as the global fertilizer industry, norms, issues, quality and quantity measures keeps on changing with new innovations and developments.
At NAQ Global we own R&D labs in Brazil and India to make sure our customers get solutions to these dynamic issues. Research and Development Center of Naq Global Brazil with fertilizer testing and quality control laboratories is certified by IFDC (USA). 

Using experience of marketing and technical services team, new products are developed for unique issues faced by fertilizer plants.  These products are also continuously fine-tuned in our Centralized R&D center for better results.
